How Do I Save This Photo?

Postby mdrs » Wed Nov 02, 2016 10:48 am

How do I save this image? It's from a website, and seems to be in a format that isn't a standard "jpeg", and so I can't seem to download in, in order to save this image.

The image I most want to save is the last one, which shows the guys playing, including the fellow with the glasses playing this Gold top.

With the image showing, right click on it and choose "View Image". It will open in a new window. Now choose, "Save image as" and save it to your HD.

Hi Craig! Really good to hear from you!

So, I right click, and the drop down doesn't include "View Image". It says;

open image in new tab
save image as...
copy image
copy image address
search Google for image

And, when "save image as...", it is downloaded in a format that doesn't seem to be a photo.

Strange? That should have worked.

I grabbed it for you; let me know if you wanted any of the others:

Thank you, Craig. Yea, it's wierd; every one of those photos left me with a download that seemed to be a link to the web page/site where the photos were, NOT the actual image. I don't need the others, but do very much appreciate your help in capturing this image!

You make all things computer seem easy.
