Yeah, just an EQ curve. There's a particular frequency response to an old-fashioned telephone. You can look it up. Its narrow.

Justus...You're a Sonar guy... What version are you using?

Sonar is still my favourite as well. I am currently using Sonar Producer 8.0.2.

I'm using Studio 8.5.2.......... Craig, didn't you get the update patch to bring yours up to 8.5.2? How do you like the Producer version? I know it has a couple more things in there than my Studio version...
I'll upgrade to Producer soon unless they come out with a 9.0... (there's rumors about it...or at least another upgrade to the 8.5.2)

I've been so busy with the server, I haven't recorded in a while. Eventually, I'll get back into it...

First thing that popped into my head was bull horn. The eq will give the sound of the old time phone but not the noise. The bull horn would give it some noise. Maybe layer the two. I have found in sound for film at school that many times you need two or three sounds min. to make it sound "real".
